Our passions and our purpose can drive us to achieve, even go beyond, our potential. But sometimes we need someone in our corner to pep us up and unlock that inner power to overcome or achieve the things we thought we couldn't. That is why I became a coach; to forge a partnership with talented people to do just that.
Who am I and how do I coach?
I am a certified coach who holds EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) Global Individual Accrediation. I specialise in helping you to achieve things you did not think were possible. Using my experience, as a coach as well as that from senior marketing and leadership positions I can help you discover the personal insights you need to achieve your goals, building your confidence to be successful in whatever you do.
I take great care to personalise my approach to you and the objectives we will achieve together. Our first conversation will be to explore your objectives and for you to experience how I coach. This will enable us to know if we are right to work together and how we will do that. Just as no person is exactly the same as another, nor are my coaching sessions. Of course, there is a methodology that flows through my work to ensure tangible progress. It starts with understanding what we want to achieve and, critically, why. Once we have these aligned, we then build how we will do it and the success criteria. Throughout the process I ensure we review our progress so that we can evolve and adapt to ensure I am always adding value
Who do I work best with?

I particularly specialise in working with senior managers who want to evolve and work at the Executive leadership level. Before becoming a full time coach, I gained 10+ years experience of working with Executive and Senior Management in SME and BlueChip organisations, so understand many of the barriers, behaviours and obstacles you may be facing.
